Every product sold by ElixLabs is genuine, brand-new, and sourced responsibly. We are a multi-brand retailer: the items we sell are made by established manufacturers and are supplied to you exactly as the manufacturer produced them.

Our commitment

We source our phone accessories, smart home devices, audio, and charging products through established suppliers and distributors, and stock them at our U.S. warehouse in Yakima, Washington. Each item is made by an established manufacturer and may carry that manufacturer’s own branding on the product and its packaging. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised goods.

Product condition & coverage

Products are new and supplied in the manufacturer’s original packaging unless clearly described otherwise, and may carry the manufacturer’s own branding, labels, and documentation. Every item is covered by our 30-day return policy and our Warranty & Replacement policy, in addition to any manufacturer warranty that applies.
